TO MAKE A RESERVATION
First, check the availability calendar for the cabin and dates that you wish to reserve. (The calendars are updated every morning).
Contact us (see contact page) at (828) 713-4519 between the hours of 9am-9pm EST, or at cabins@ohmsweetohmasheville.com . Provide the requested information and you will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm your reservation.
Please carefully review our policies. In making a reservation, you are agreeing to comply with them:
RATES: Rates include all taxes and cleaning! There are no additional fees! 1 night free with weekly rental! Monthly rates available!
The Silver Moon
January thru March -$100/night (2 night minimum) $600/week
April thru December -$130/night (2 night minimum) $780/week
Add $10/night for 4th adult or child
The Robin’s Nest
* January thru March-$100/night (2 night minimum) $600/week
* April thru December-$120/night (2 night minimum) $720/week
* Add $10/night for 3rd person

The balance is due upon arrival, and can be paid by either cash or check. Please note: if you wish to use PayPal for payment of the entire fee, it must be done PRIOR to your arrival. Please add a 3% credit card processing fee for PayPal transactions.
Reservations cannot be confirmed or “dates held” until your deposit is received. We will send a deposit request to you via email promptly upon your inquiry.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR STAYS OF ONE WEEK OR LONGER
Upon arrival you’ll be asked to provide a check made out to Ohm Sweet Ohm LLC in the amount of $300 as a damage/security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable within 3 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to the cabin or it’s contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No linens are lost or damaged
c. All steps as outlined on departure policy are carried out.
CANCELLATIONS
We know that plans can go astray. If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible so that your days may be rebooked by others.
If reservations are cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, the deposit will be refunded only if the cabin can be rented for the period that you reserved. If the cabin cannot be rented for those dates, then a full credit of your deposit will be applied to a future stay.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests for the cabin is 3 for the Robin’s Nest and 4 for the Silver Moon.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Vacationing students or singles under the age of 22 will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. The Robin’s Nest is not suited for children under 10 years of age.
CHECKING IN AND OUT
Check-in time is between 3-7 pm. Please check-out by 11 am. We must have advance notice of your approximate arrival time so that we can be at the cabin to check you in.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. However, smoking is allowed on the covered front porch.
PET POLICY
Pets are not being considered at this time.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How far away are the cabins from downtown Asheville?? How about the Biltmore Estate?
The cabins are about a 10 minute drive from downtown and the Biltmore Estate in east Asheville, and are in quiet neighborhood tucked in close to many restaurants, shops and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Maps for the Asheville area attractions and to the Biltmore Estate are provided in the cabins.
How many people can the cabins accommodate??
The Silver Moon can comfortably accommodate 4 people (one queen size bedroom and one twin bedroom).
The Robin’s Nest is most suitable for a couple, although an older child or small adult could sleep on the futon in the loft. Please note that the stairs to the loft are ladder-style and are suitable for a child over the age of 10.
What do I need to bring??
Just bring your clothes and any food you may wish for dining in. You will be provided with starter coffee filters, coffee, and a variety of teas, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. If you want to use the grill, bring along charcoal and starter fluid.
Do cell phones work??
We have found that Verizon has the best coverage in the Asheville area, and that service from other companies can sometimes be spotty. There are no phones in the cabins.
Why can’t I bring my pet??
We love our pets and know that you must love yours, too. However, in order to keep the cabins extra clean and the furnishings in good condition for everyone to enjoy, we decided not to accommodate four-legged, scaled or feathered friends.
What can we do for entertainment in Asheville??
There is something for everyone to enjoy in Asheville! Click on “Asheville Happenings” for information about current tourist events and attractions, hiking, biking, water sports, shopping and dining. You may choose to enjoy curling up in front of the fireplace with a good book or movie after a busy day out in the city or wilderness. Arrangements can also be made for a therapeutic massage or catered meal.
How close are The Robin’s Nest and The Silver Moon to each other??
The cabins are next door to each other, and could be rented together( if available) for friends or family who enjoy traveling together, but prefer their own space at the end of the day. However, each cabin must have at least one adult.
